Your Role

At Atlas Copco, we believe that when talented individuals are fueled by passion, they create exceptional results. We are looking for a dedicated Aftermarket Contracts Administrator to join our team. With your experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing purchase agreements, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our aftermarket business. Your contributions will ensure that our contracts are not only compliant but also beneficial to our long-term goals.

As the Aftermarket Contracts Administrator, you will collaborate with the Gas and Process aftermarket team in Houston, TX, to support the aftermarket business for our engineered-to-order centrifugal compressors.



  • You will review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
  • You will manage various agreements including:

    • Master Service and/or Parts Agreements
    • Maintenance Plans
    • Purchase Orders
    • Contractor Agreements
    • Vendor Agreements


  • You will collaborate with legal counsel, insurance, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and other departments.
  • You will operate out of our Service Center North America facility in Houston, Texas.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing purchase agreements
  • Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
