To provide and maintain the highest standards of Esthetics , facial treatments and recommendations for home care, daily operational procedures, overall excellent client care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests, resulting in high retention and increased treatments and retail sales for The Spa at Omni Hilton Head Oceantides Spa.

Deliver exceptional quality treatments with professionalism and expertise.
• Collaborate with the spa therapy team to provide a seamless and rejuvenating experience, ensuring guests achieve relaxation, balance, and harmony.
• Adhere to treatment protocols, beginning and concluding services promptly as scheduled.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment, linens, and inventory levels are prepared for daily operations.
• Accurately track inventory to avoid shortages and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide each guest with a completed prescription form after every treatment.
• Utilize professional stock in accordance with PAR levels to minimize product waste.
• Set up and reset treatment rooms per protocol, ensuring timely disposal of used linens.
• Confidently educate guests on the benefits of products and services to enhance their experience.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Valid Florida Cosmetology or Esthetics License.
• Minimum of one year of experience in skincare, makeup application, and waxing, with expertise in administering facials.
• Proven ability to recommend and sell products effectively.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Working Environment:

• Spa and retail environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, and other elements.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Tools and Equipment:

• Basic facial machine, waxing system, hot towel cabinet, sterilizer unit.
