Location: Rombauer Vineyards The Part-Time Wine Educator is a primary Customer Services representative at Rombauer Vineyards ensuring a dedication to the highest quality of customer satisfaction delivered with a sense of graciousness, pride, fun, and company spirit. Promotes the sale of wine and non-wine products sold in the Tasting Room, greets all visitors and pours wines for tasting and describes wines, winemaking techniques, winery history, and provides general tourist information. This role will primary perform tasting and tours in addition to ocassionally supporting back of house operations including warehouse/inventory management, restocking supplies and maintaining general cleanliness of all tasting room spaces.
