Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Compliance Remediation Support role directly reports to the Head of U.S. Compliance Business Management with primary emphasis on providing expertise and assistance in managing Compliance remediation portfolio and ensuing timely closure of remediation efforts. In this role, the Remediation Support Program manager will liaise with GRC and the Compliance owners to build appropriate plans, track progress and escalate issues. The Remediation Support Manager will lead the monthly Compliance Review Forum, providing transparency into the current portfolio, spotlighting best practices and highlighting potential risks or issues to timely completion. ROLES IN: NY, NJ, CA, CO, CA The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
