Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Compliance Strategy and Execution Program role reports directly to the Head of U.S. Compliance Business Management with primary emphasis on providing support for execution and oversight of Compliance focused initiatives, assisting with the annual strategic planning process for the U.S. Compliance function and support for exams/ audits. In the role, the Strategy and Execution Manager will work directly with the Compliance leaders to provide oversight of the initiative portfolio, identify new initiatives and resourcing needs and directly manage initiatives as needed. ROLES IN: NY, NJ, CA, CO, CA The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
