The Role

Reporting to a Commercial Leasing Coordinator you will join a team of five in the Leasing Department. You will provide administrative support for our portfolio of commercial properties. The Leasing Department is a tight-knit group and we do NOT work in a bullpen office arrangement. More specifically, you will assist the department in various tasks, maintain internal databases and reports, review and abstract complex documents, and more.

The Requirements

To be a good fit for the Commercial Leasing Coordinator opportunity, you will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in the commercial real estate field (residential experience is not applicable)
  • A general understanding of retail/NNN lease contracts
  • A detail orientation and the ability to review and draft complex lease documents
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with PowerPoint and/or Yardi is a plus
