Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for an Intern - Geologist or Scientist in our Fresno, CA office for the spring/summer of (2025). The position offers the opportunity to apply geologic, hydrogeologic, and scientific academic knowledge to real-world situations while also learning the business skills needed for a successful consulting career. Candidates are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from the office. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) for approximately 13 to 15 weeks during the summer or fall semester of (2025). Preferred candidates would have the ability to return to the position for up to two additional semester rotations during their undergraduate or graduate studies. Conducting fieldwork (up to 80%) such as soil and groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, and drilling and contractor oversight following training;

This opportunity will be posted for at least five days. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
