Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer IV supports hardware system solutions for some of the world's largest retailers. Our support engineers are involved in the entire project lifecycle: they interact directly with our customers to understand and resolve issues. They provide an initial level debug towards resolving technical issues; they collaborate with the development engineering and test teams on problem resolution, and they oversee delivery of fix solutions.
The Product Field Engineer IV is a thought leader in the organization and will collaborate, as required, with internal and external teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve development practices. They may also provide mentoring and guidance to junior and senior engineers based on field experience. The incumbent will excel in our fast-paced, collaborative, customer-first environment and will contribute in a variety of ways. Responsibility:
