Corporate Counsel
Overview A Corporate Counsel is responsible for analyzing and providing legal advice with respect to routine, moderately complex and complex legal issues, and engaging with business unit management, vice presidents, C-level executives, external customers, partners and vendors, and outside counsel. A Corporate Counsel is expected to participate in the development of Associate Corporate Counsel through project delegation and coaching. This position provides strategic legal guidance, as well as day to day advice, on employment matters, partnering with the human resources department to manage employee-related legal matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Analyze and provide legal advice to Company, management and employees related to routine, moderately complex and complex legal matters, matters presenting moderate levels of legal, business or financial risk and commercial contracts
