Description

Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting our marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:




  • CRM Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including data entry, updates, and maintenance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and support marketing initiatives.
  • Support Teams: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer relationships and retention rates.
  • User Training: Train and support staff on CRM best practices, ensuring that all users are proficient in utilizing the system effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve CRM processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns using CRM data to reach specific customer segments.
  • Troubleshooting: Address any CRM-related issues or challenges, working closely with IT or software vendors to resolve them promptly.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
