Typical Day in the Life

We are seeking an experienced and proven Salesforce Channel Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your established relationships with Salesforce and your deep expertise in channel marketing to drive leads, expand Salesforce consulting practice, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate is a proven industry expert with a track record of forging strategic alliances, executing effective channel marketing strategies, and driving significant revenue growth through robust partner relationships.

A typical day as a Salesforce Channel Manager for Eide Bailly might include:

Strategic Partnership Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Salesforce executives and key decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our organization and Salesforce, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring that all terms are met and both parties derive maximum value.

Channel Marketing & Business Development:

  • Design and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies to promote our consulting services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to generate high-quality leads through co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and collateral that resonate with the Salesforce ecosystem.

Consulting Practice Growth:

  • Leverage internal industry experts to drive thought leadership and credibility within the Salesforce community.
  • Work closely with the consulting practice leadership to identify growth opportunities and tailor service offerings to meet evolving market demands.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging Salesforce technologies to inform strategic planning and innovation.

Relationship Building & Industry Influence:

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and foster new partnerships.
  • Engage with key industry stakeholders and participate in relevant forums, panels, and advisory boards to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, highlighting partnership progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of alliance and channel initiatives.
  • Regularly report on lead generation, conversion metrics, and overall ROI of Salesforce partnership activities.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and feedback to drive sustained growth.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Communications, Information Systems, or other relevant program.Minimum of 5 years of experience in alliance management, channel marketing, or a similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in growing a mid-sized consulting practice through strategic partnerships and channel initiatives.
  • Immediately accessible, relationships withing Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing high-value relationships with Salesforce.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000, depending on experience/location/level. Position also includes generous commission structure.
