As the SVP of Business Banking, you will oversee and expand our Business Banking portfolio, develop innovative financial strategies, and ensure our business clients receive top-tier service. You'll work closely with Executive Leadership and SVPs of Retail Banking to increase market share, maximize profitability, and foster meaningful relationships with local businesses. You will also lead a team of skilled Business Bankers and Treasury Management professionals, guiding them to achieve outstanding results.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Bankers and Treasury Management professionals.

• Create and implement growth strategies to expand the Business Banking portfolio, drive revenue, and increase market share.

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to set strategic goals and adapt to market trends.

• Actively engage in business development efforts to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.

Business Development & Client Success:

• Serve as the face of Business Banking in the community, building relationships with business leaders and industry partners.

• Provide tailored financial solutions, helping business clients achieve their growth goals.

• Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business clients, offering strategic insights and financial expertise.

Financial & Risk Management:

• Oversee the performance and profitability of the Business Banking division, ensuring sustainable growth.

• Analyze financial data and adjust strategies to meet revenue and risk management targets.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and credit risk best practices.

• Monitor and manage loan quality, credit risk, and lending standards.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 7+ years of leadership experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services.

• Proven track record in team leadership, business development, and financial performance management.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong negotiation, sales, and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

• Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
