Come join our team as the Financial Technology Analyst. This position is responsible for assisting with daily technology operations including but not limited to project management, scheduling, sales support, recruiting, support, market research, communications, and hands on process automation. This position will work closely with the CTO planning and executing Climate First Bank's Fintech strategy. This position is part-time and requires a 20/hour, partially on-site commitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative CTO Support- Manage and prioritize activities, efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings and events, efficiently triage and handle response to emails. Participate in technology meetings, assist with note taking and ensure diligent follow up. Review reports and assist with escalations. Track, prioritize, and follow action items, ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are honored. Collaborate with business units managing expenses and prepare timely expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Communication- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, presentations, social media, and other documents as needed. Act as a liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders. Assist with outreach via digital channels.
  • Research and Projects- Conduct research on various topics as assigned, compile findings, and present summaries to support decision-making processes. Handle project-based tasks from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Sales Support- Attend sales meetings, assist with follow-up activities and outreach campaigns. Continuously monitor the market, conduct competitive analyses, and stay updated on industry trends to inform product strategy. Assist with loan and deposit processing when needed.
  • Product Management- Assist with the process of building and maintaining early-stage digital product implementation using AI tools, Prelim.com, Monday.com, Zendesk, Webflow, Microsoft Logic APPs, and other automation tools. Assist with the instrumentation of early-stage digital products to measure key metrics through
    PowerBi. Rally and align stakeholders around the product vision, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment to success. Assist with documentation and capturing project approvals.


  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred.
    • Desire and disposition to thrive in an organization at the intersection of Finance and Technology.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Prelim.com, Monday.com, Zendesk, Webflow, Microsoft Logic APPs and
      PowerBI.
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to thrive under pressure, time management skills and detail-oriented
      mindset.
    • Proven resourceful and an extremely organized self-starter.
    • Solid ability to anticipate needs.
    • Superior ability to exercise judgement, sense of urgency and discretion with regard to escalating relevant information and managing Bank President availability and needs.
    • Ability to pivot and adapt quickly and change gears at a moment's notice.
    • In the performance of respective tasks, as a Climate First Bank employee, you are expected to maintain an excellent knowledge of the Board approved policies, procedures, and regulations including those defined by BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.

    Physical Demands: In the performance of respective tasks and duties, all Climate First Bank employees are expected to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
