All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship. Position Overview Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company. Employees matched to this job family should perform general administrative duties, such as administrative support of department managers. Responsibilities ADMINISTRATION: - Schedules 645 AESS Commander's calendar, travel and Provides a strong communication between the commander's office and the squadron SECURITY - Ensures all classified information and that containing Social Security Account Numbers is Qualifications -Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, PhD without experience or equivalent work experience is typically required for an employee at this level. -Must be proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. - Secret security clearance Global Comp $75,000 - $86,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
