Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for distribution processes as well as analysis that involve suppliers, manufacturers, and internal customers. This role will also encompass distribution management within logistics, including transportation, warehousing, generate performance metrics, and monitor the flow of goods and materials.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis in various areas: Warehousing, customer service, and deployment.
  • Prepare and publish KPIs for Supply Chain and performance reports.
  • Maintain critical data elements.
  • Responsible for overall product accountability to include but not limited to: inventory transactions, deployment of stock transfer movements, inventory reconciliation, consumption, and conduct receipts in BUSS system and/or Oracle.
  • Develop strong working relationship and working knowledge with supply chain internal/external customers and suppliers (such as warehouses, carriers, sales leaders, logistics groups, etc.)
  • Assist and participate on project work and teams for new product launches, system upgrades,and provide ad-hoc searches upon request.
  • Manage disposition of damaged, expired, donated finished goods and materials.
  • Assist with the distribution of communication up and down the supply chain on upcoming changes, activities, plans, and ensure those with need-to-know acknowledge receipt.
  • Schedule and perform data and inventory audits.
  • Responsibility to for special requests as needed.
  • Ability to learn through development loops and support and assist cross functionally within Supply Chain function during vacation and/or absenteeism.

Position Requirements:

Education and Work History:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Min, 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain role (Distribution Planning, Master Production, Materials Planning, or Demand Planning).
  • A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and make quick decisions in an unstructured and high pace environment.
  • Self-driven.
  • Ability to make decisions with limited direction.
  • Ability to work with a team as well as individual contributor.
