  • Capex Execution - Support capital projects for 2025-2026, contributing to business objectives such as profit improvement and compliance through capital execution

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Coordinate activities of the project team, external engineering consultants, and equipment suppliers to ensure project progress.
  • Track deliverables to completion and handle requests for information from external partners.
  • Generate project timelines using Excel or MS Project and communicate them to stakeholders to align expectations.
  • Review supplier quotations, generate comparison tables, and recommend preferred suppliers to stakeholders.
  • Create, organize, and maintain project documentation in MS Teams for proper document control and file sharing.
  • Generate basic layout sketches and revise existing drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, generate meeting minutes, and track and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in developing KPIs for project delivery performance management and data capture in PowerBI.
  • Update Seaboard engineering files and drawings to the cloud for digital access.
  • Maintain the Project Portfolio dashboard.
  • Participate in Property Loss Prevention and Risk Control Reviews.
  • Aid in developing process improvement standardization across affiliate locations.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical preferred) or Milling Science.
  • Interest and desire to work on projects in a multinational team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication (written and verbal), time management, problem-solving, organization, listening, asking questions, and taking notes.
  • Intermediate-level computer software skills:

    • MS Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams (required)
    • AutoCAD (required)
    • MS Project (preferred)


  • Self-motivation to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.



DURATION



  • Summer 2025 (approximately 10-12 weeks)
