Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Department QA (Inventory & WMS) Shift: 1st Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties. Principal Accountabilities In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Warehouse Management System Monitors daily WMS performance to identify issues impacting warehouse operational performance. Identifies causes of system failures and collaborates with operations management and IS in resolution. Analyzes system and product parameters to define and implement changes to enhance warehouse operational performance. Analyzes SKU velocity (ABC analysis) to ensure efficient order picking. Assists with the investigation of inventory discrepancies and shipping errors. Defines additional reports needed to improve overall management of the warehouse and use of the WMS. Conducts entry level training on WMS and RF for new employees and advanced training for existing users. Resolves iDOC issues Takes care of billing only orders The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $25.00 and $30.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
