The Secretary or Administrative Assistant schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. This position reports to multiple directors, and other partners. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree and three years related experience and/or training; or eight years of equivalent combination of education and experience; or five years of direct experience in level 1 role. Certification and Licensure N/A Skills and Abilities While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. Level of Supervision N/A Supervises This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
