Prepare and monitor construction schedules, performance, and budget for compliance with architecture and project management. requirements. Use Primavera, AutoCad, Revit. Develop resource-loaded critical path network schedules, provided percent complete, budget, recorded costs, commitments, forecasts, and earned value analysis. Prepare monthly reports, earn value resource analysis, cash flow, analyzing delays and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays. Resolve construction and engineering issues including time and performance delays. Perform change orders. Interpret shop drawings, submittals, approvals, and other technical matters. Qualifications:
