Shift: Full Time, 40hrs, Days Job Description: The trauma registrar is responsible for collection, entry, submission, reporting, and maintenance of data for the trauma registry as required by the facility and regulatory agencies. The registrar will assign ICD-10 diagnosis codes and Abbreviated Injury Scores (AIS) to injuries, procedures, comorbidities, and complications, according to ICD-10 and AIS coding rules. This job performs on-going daily chart reviews on all injured patients and works closely with the Trauma Program Manager (TPM) and PI Coordinator. Qualifications:
