How you'll make an impact: As a Social Analyst, Revenue Partnerships Enablement, you will create, optimize and manage the development of paid social media campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking influencer performance, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing strategies to enhance engagement, viewership, and brand awareness for advertiser campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, has a deep understanding of Social Media & YouTube algorithms, and excels in data analysis to drive meaningful insights. You are a sharp, intuitive, hard-working individual excellent at overcoming challenges in a positive, well thought out manner. You have the ability to make a difference and ensure successful campaign execution to highly tailored custom mulit-platform campaigns. You must be exceptional at communication, collaboration, prioritizing, and possess exceptional project management skills while being incredibly solutions driven. You thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy building relationships. As a problem solver with strong communication skills, you can articulate highly detailed and nuanced information in a clear, effective and positive manner. This is a cross-functional role and offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing podcast business. Success in this role will rely heavily on the ability and willingness to support and contribute to creative Social Media & YouTube campaign management, to become an indispensable resource to our sales team, as well as client and agency partners. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $54,200 to $78,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
