STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER

Primary Responsibility: To expand revenue and profitability with enterprise-wide Strategic Account clients by building Trusted Advisor Partnerships through process-driven and disciplined professional selling techniques. The portfolio of accounts primarily includes existing customers, with several new business development targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a broad network of internal and external relationships,
  • Continuously learning about enterprise-wide customer business operations and emerging needs,
  • Identifying what drives their growth and profitability,
  • Understanding broad Nilfisk offerings and innovations,
  • Identifying opportunities to position those solutions against newly defined customer needs (Value Co-Creation),
  • Developing and executing an on-going Account Plan by leveraging the cross-functional team,
  • Continuously expanding and monetizing the Business Value Plan.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in business or equivalent required
  • 7+ years of strategic, sales experience with demonstrated successes supporting National Customers
  • Exceptional business acumen
  • Strong presentation skills, including Powerpoint expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted internal, cross-functional relationships
  • Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales revenue and non-revenue KPIs
  • Familiarity with SAMA 7-Step Account Management Process (or similar) preferred
  • *Active member of Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), including but not limited to C-SAM (SAM certification) preferred.

$95,600.00-$127,466.66

The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position. It may not include potential bonus incentives such as annual bonus' as well as sales and sales related incentives, or overtime (on eligible positions). The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job's location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
