Our staff are a part of the Center for Student Engagement at Georgia Tech. Student Engagement empowers and supports registered student organizations to catalyze belonging and create an engaging campus community. Our staff have a strong history of developing and working closely with Georgia Techs outstanding student leaders. The fraternity and sorority community is a campus tradition that spans over 134 years. Job Summary
Provide office support services within a campus unit to include organizing and preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation; scheduling meetings and events; file maintenance, and related administrative activities; and assisting customers with their service needs. Specific duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit management and staff, vendors and office visitorsThis position typically will advise and counsel: NA This position will supervise: NA Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 - Responsibilities
Duties may include but are not limited to: Marketing & Design: Update all recruitment, New Member Guide, officer manuals, and other marketing materials.
New Student Orientation: present fraternity and sorority life breakout sessions and representation fraternity and sorority life at all summer orientation programs.
Assessment: assist in reviewing and interpreting Dyad Strategy Assessment results and chapter accreditation submissions.
Programming: Assist in the design of Week of Welcome activities, formal recruitment, and new member education.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
