AEP Principal Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AEP Customer Journey Analytics solutions to enhance customer experiences.
• Oversee the development and optimization of AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Provide expertise in AEP RTCDP to support real-time customer data platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEP solutions with existing systems.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of AEP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AEP implementations.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of AEP solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in AEP technologies and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEP technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEP solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEP-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all AEP implementations.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Have a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management as a nice to have skill.
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
