Responsibilities:

* Oversee the entire E2E testing program, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
* Coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders to manage large-scale product implementations.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
* Analyze business processes related to the annuity contract lifecycle and E2E ecosystems.
* Ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and addressed in the testing strategy.
* Design high-level E2E flows for the annuity ecosystem.
* Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans covering all aspects of the E2E testing process.
* Establish QA governance models to ensure consistent and effective testing practices.
* Lead the execution of E2E testing activities, including Core PAS, Illustration, Commissions product, and API-based COTS product integration testing.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of all components.
* Monitor and track testing progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
* Implement and enforce QA governance models to maintain high standards of quality.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress and outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the E2E testing program

Required Qualifications:

* E2E Program Test Manager with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in managing large-scale new product implementations within multi-vendor engagements.
* Expertise in various business processes related to the annuity contract lifecycle and E2E ecosystems.
* Skilled in gathering requirements, designing high-level E2E flows for an Annuity ecosystem, and establishing QA governance models
* Expertise in Core PAS, Illustration, Commissions product, API based COTS product integration testing, and with in-depth knowledge of L&A domain

The annual salary for this position is between $ 71,100 to 112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
