Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Basics Shell scripting and RedHat Linux Administration. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects driving innovation and efficiency within our organization. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the design implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Oversee the development and execution of shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system performance. Provide expert administration and support for RedHat Linux systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges driving continuous improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all cloud scripting and Linux administration processes. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical implementations. Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain high availability and performance. Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations minimizing downtime and disruption. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues ensuring timely resolution. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. Demonstrate proficiency in shell scripting for automation and system management. Have extensive experience with RedHat Linux administration including installation configuration and troubleshooting. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Show strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a hybrid team environment. Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Certifications Required RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent.
