Overview As a direct report to the California Workers' Compensation Director of Staff Counsel, oversees a team of attorneys, provides direction and monitors results of Staff Counsel, establishing long- and short-term business and litigation strategy and plans with the Leadership team. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. Responsibilities
Provides input. analysis, and direction on complex and wide range of matters, objectively uncovering critical issues and providing key insights for the business unit; directs or champions the development of new or innovative solutions.

Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics.
