The Event Accountant Associate is an entry level position providing support for project related financial functions such as: establishing and maintaining project files, cost tracking, project forecasting/reconciliation, invoice preparation, project scope changes, monitoring cash flow, working with project event management and account teams to monitor performance of projects by providing analysis of project data, compliance with client contracts, and providing client with final billing. This person will work closely with management for knowledge of job responsibilities and client history.
Primary Responsibilities 80% Event Budget/Cost Tracking/Billing:
20% Contract Compliance and Documentation:
Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or general business or a minimum two years related experience in an accounting or finance function 2. Knowledge of financial practices, principles, processes and systems preferably in a corporate environment 3.
