The Opportunity: As the Director of Capital Projects at Roche you are a talented and inspiring leader who is effective in operating in an evolving, complex and dynamic environment. You are someone who builds relationships, including international global colleagues, are culturally savvy and can adapt to and effectively manage in various cultural environments. You drive to understand customer needs to successfully meet business goals while continuously improving operations by setting high standards for the team so they may perform to a level of excellence. The portfolio of projects includes office and lab refurbishments to Greenfield infrastructure and production facilities across the Americas region. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is $167,900.00 - $311,700.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
