Program Manager (T-REX

TRISTAR is seeking a Program Manager (T-REX) for our upcoming government customer in Tampa, FL

• TRISTAR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the Targeted Requirements Execution (T-REX) program
• Must possess a strong background in program management within USSOCOM, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• This role requires a deep understanding of acquisitions, logistics, ITAR, ISR and Tactical communications
• Requires exceptional leadership, project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with the USSOCOM stakeholders
  

Position Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of task orders. Implement program requirements, objectives, and deliverables
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and the USSOCOM stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer-related communications
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
• TRISTAR Team Leadership: Lead and manage the TRISTAR team, include monitoring the acquisitions, logistics, and delivery operations
• Provide guidance and support to the TRISTAR team in order to successfully meet contractual objectives
• Fiscal Management: Manage the contract budget and provide fiscal accountability
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Quality Control: Identify, assess, and ensure no issues with the quality of products provided to the customer
• Ethical Adherence: Maintain the TRISTAR core values, ethics and support all company policies in the execution of your duties as a Program Manager

• 10+ years of experience in program management within the Special Operations community
• Strong knowledge of DoD and USSOCOM regulations and requirements, which also includes ITAR, DFARS, and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
• Proven experience managing large programs with budgets exceeding $75M
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Must possess active Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible

Additional Information:

• Travel: Up to 50% travel to CONUS & OCONUS customer locations to support contractual requirements
• Work Environment: The place of duty will be at the USSOCOM directed location on MacDill AFB, FL

Education and/or Certification

• Master's Degree in any business-related field or a Bachelor's Degree with an additional 5+ years' (total of 15 years') experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, government civilian, or contractor
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certification
