Role - Military Programs Administrator

The Military Programs Administrator's primary responsibility is to ensure that the proper processing, recording, reporting and notification requirements related to U.S. Government contracts held by the company, are met. Additionally, the Administrator will assist with / coordinate company specific requirements to ensure that shipment thruput is timely, efficient, consistent and compliant.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

Coordinates the efforts of, monitors, tracks and reports on the following:



  • PIEE Activity


    • SPRS monthly scorecard administration
    • Delivery Performance
    • Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDR)
    • EDA (Electronic Database) Monthly Contract Verification


  • DCMA contract OTD performance
  • Overall DLA contract delivery performance
  • Monitor DPAS rated order processing
  • SBSA sub-contract plans and annual reporting
  • DIBBS Activity


    • PAR Submissions
    • CDD adjustments


  • WAWF - Assisting Finance in expediting and resolving outstanding payments
  • VSM administration
  • Government and Shipping Instructions MIL-STD-2073
  • Coordinates, tracks and assists with the thruput of Government & Military shipments



KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED



  • Data management
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate skill level required
  • Strong work ethic and results driven
  • Solid communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
  • Structure and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and ethical behavior



EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION -



  • Bachelor of Science Degree Preferred
  • Experience working with U.S. Government systems (DIBBS, PIEE, WAWF, etc.) preferred



PHYSICAL DEMANDS -



  • Valid Driver's License & U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to work on a computer 8 hours per day
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and departments
