Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Senior PeopleSoft HCM Analyst to support and enhance our PeopleSoft HCM system, focusing on the Payroll, Benefits and General Ledger modules. This role requires a proven ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. This position is on-site in Houston, TX, and requires full-time office presence-remote or hybrid work is not available. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: * Configure, maintain, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM with a focus on Payroll, Benefits and GL. * Identify and implement system improvements to drive efficiency. * Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend technology-driven solutions. * Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and optimize business processes. * Lead testing efforts for system updates, upgrades, and new implementations. Ensure successful deployment and adoption. * Work cross-functionally to align system capabilities with business needs, providing guidance and training to users as necessary. * Support for other PeopleSoft Human Resources modules may be required.
