CAS is currently seeking a Business Analyst. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Position Summary:

This position collaborates with stakeholders to determine and fulfill data needs, performs compilation and profiling, sophisticated reporting, visualization, requirements gathering, UAT, as well as identification of data enhancement opportunities.

Job Duties



  • Aggregate data from multiple sources and extract select characteristics to fulfill information requests, with primary focus on marketing campaign audience lists. Ensure accuracy and completeness to derive high value, targeted and on time outputs.
  • Acquire, maintain, and integrate data with other information sources. Perform data profiling, develop and enforce business controls to comply with privacy and organizational policies. Evaluate data accuracy, completeness, timeliness and stability and establish repeatable, sustainable extraction processes.
  • Provide reporting, visualization, and self-service dashboards to evaluate reach, performance and effective access and utilization.
  • Assess data advancement options and recommend solutions, including external data providers. Develop actionable plans elevate capabilities to address CAS needs now and into the future. Achieve best in class content and reach by maximizing the scope and quality of marketing data for lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Provide Marketing technology applications support to end users by providing support and by fulfilling maintenance responsibilities
  • Act as a primary business analyst for the Marketing Technology Operations team by gathering requirements, performing UAT, and partnering with stakeholders across different divisions (e.g. Technology & Sales).
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications



  • BA/BS degree in business data analytics, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of experience and certification in related discipline(s). Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience with using a variety of the following systems, data analysis systems and tools including: SQL, advanced Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, SAP ECC and BW, Salesforce.com (SFDC), and/or Oracle Eloqua.
  • Data profiling, aggregation, normalization, and transformation experience. An understanding of creative visualization depicting data and insights preferred.
  • Experience with ACS or CAS business data and strong knowledge of CAS customers and related account, contact, usage and/or behavioral data. Understanding of CAS markets, solutions, and associated customer positioning a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem and solving skills. Ability to take complex challenges and break them down to create and implement actionable plans.
  • Highly developed collaboration, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex situations into understandable findings and actionable recommendations for business partners and leaders.
  • Ability to adjust to change, deal with ambiguity, surmount barriers, and demonstrate solutions focus, with a passion for innovation, discovery & continual improvement.
