Field Service Technician

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a motivated and dependable Field Service Technician in Dothan, AL. This direct-hire position supports the installation and maintenance of cutting-edge mobile video surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with national travel, work in dynamic environments, and meet customer project requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools for extended periods.
• A technical background in low-voltage electronics or wireless networking is a plus, though training is provided.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally for extended periods to meet project deadlines.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Install video surveillance equipment on various vehicle types per specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical components and read schematics.
• Perform tasks at flexible hours based on customer vehicle availability.
• Communicate installation progress and deliverables to the Project Manager.
• Log data into software and complete paperwork on time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Travel nationally as needed for extended periods.
• Lift 50 pounds and follow safety protocols.

8 AM - 5 PM | Salary: $40,000
