Said quite simply, the culture is amazing! The Treasury Management Operations department has an opportunity to join an energetic team of treasury professionals. This position is responsible for assisting Peapack Private's business clients with training and ongoing inquiries regarding their usage with Peapack's treasury management systems and products. The Treasury Management Operations Specialist will become a subject matter expert with all treasury systems and products and will provide technical support to hundreds of business clients. System products include but are not limited to our online and mobile applications, wire and ACH payments, positive pay, remote deposit capture, bill pay, and balance and transaction reporting. This fast-paced team also serves as a liaison with internal Peapack Private's Bank Bankers, Treasury Sales, Fraud Prevention, and many other internal teams. Responsibilities
We are seeking both experienced Treasury professionals (with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role) and entry level candidates who have a general knowledge of Treasury products and prior banking experience. Required Qualifications for both levels: o Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience o Certified Treasury Professional is a plus o Knowledge of Jack Henry systems such as Silverlake is a plus o Solid analytical and problem-solving skills o Must be reliable, organized, and detail focused o Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision o Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams to manage internal and external client relationships o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities o Must be able to work in a team environment o Excellent interpersonal skills required.
