We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Facilities Manager - PTOC. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Facilities Manager is a Part Time on Call position for a self-starter and skilled individual who is competent and efficient scheduling and completing routine repairs at a 48,000 square foot office building. This position is needed to keep the facility running smoothly, efficiently, and safely to meet occupant's needs. The Facilities Manager must be able to manage maintenance workers, be hardworking and physically capable of performing manual tasks. The Facilities Manager is the person employees call when they have a problem with the facility or need additional capabilities. The Facilities Manager is expected to perform minor repairs or upgrades and supervise subcontractors for major changes.
