Could you be the full-time onsite Train Master in Los Angeles, CA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive railway operations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the safe and efficient movement of trains within your territory, making a vital impact on daily operations and public safety. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including maintenance and customer service), supervise train crews to adhere to schedules, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Operational oversight to maintain punctuality and efficiency of train services,



  • Safety compliance to uphold our high standards and regulatory requirements,



  • Conducting safety briefings to ensure all crew members are informed and prepared,



  • Crew management including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution,



  • Effective coordination and communication with maintenance, customer service, and other key departments,



  • Clear and concise communication with train crews, dispatchers, and stakeholders,



  • Preparation and submission of detailed operational reports to track progress and issues

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field,



  • Experience or understanding of railroad operations,



  • Knowledge of safety regulations and operational procedures within the rail industry,



  • Familiarity with crew management and performance evaluation,

Salary Band:

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00
