Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive railway operations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the safe and efficient movement of trains within your territory, making a vital impact on daily operations and public safety. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including maintenance and customer service), supervise train crews to adhere to schedules, and much more."

We'll look to you for:

  Operational oversight to maintain punctuality and efficiency of train services,

  Safety compliance to uphold our high standards and regulatory requirements,

  Conducting safety briefings to ensure all crew members are informed and prepared,

  
  
• 
  

  Crew management including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution,

  
  
• 
  

  Effective coordination and communication with maintenance, customer service, and other key departments,

  
  
• 
  

  Clear and concise communication with train crews, dispatchers, and stakeholders,

  
  
• 
  

  Preparation and submission of detailed operational reports to track progress and issues

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00
