Temporary Director, Influencer

Golin Dallas is currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated temporary Director. Your role will include identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and managing influencer relationships in a mutually beneficial way to maximize your client's investment. You'll integrate across digital platforms, organic and paid channels to drive results.

We are looking for someone who can join us in a Freelance capacity and can commit to 120 hours for 4 months.

What You'll Do:

• Work in close collaboration with integrated Golin team leaders across segments to deliver best-in-class influencer work
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies while maintaining alignment with client goals, overall objectives and brand voice
• Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from contracting to execution, yielding high quality content and engagement
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of influencer marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for improvement

What You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of experience driving and executing digital/social media/influencer marketing campaigns
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for uncovering the latest digital marketing and social media platforms and tools
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers and influencer identification, management and measurement tools
• Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation
• Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives

Please note: We are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations. Hourly rate: $90/hour.
