Job Description

The Manager, Product Strategy position is responsible for managing multiple strategic product lines, as well as, multiple product managers, senior product managers, and/or group product managers. Core responsibilities require the Manager, Product Strategy to drive the strategy related to developing, implementing, pricing, and managing the delivery of a group of consumer, small business, and/or mortgage products and services used by all BOKF banks to enhance the Corporation's profitability; designs, implements, and manages promotions to increase revenue and expand customer relationships.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with internal partners on strategic product lines, including pricing and fee structures.
  • You will manage marketing, operations, production, and support staff to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • You will coordinate multi-bank and multi-departmental cooperation for timely project completion and advise senior management.
  • You will develop a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to keep BOKF competitive and identify new product opportunities.
  • You will analyze product metrics and customer trends to ensure profitability and maximize business potential.
  • You will negotiate contracts with third parties for technology and product solutions.
  • You will work cross-functionally to enhance BOKF's market position through effective marketing strategies and increased product demand.
  • You will analyze and communicate regulatory changes to ensure compliance and avoid penalties, adjusting products and processes as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and 8 -10 years of experience in product management or equivalent experience or 12+ years of equivalent work experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles including product management, development, and positioning.
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer/small business banking products and services in area of responsibility.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork; including the ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple departments and affiliates in all states.
  • Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills to effectively handle projects in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline intensive environment.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills including database analysis, spreadsheet analysis, advertising, and research
  • Familiar with SQL concepts.
  • Advanced PC application skills including Word and Excel.
