Sr Program Manager - Enterprise Analytics

Lam Research is seeking a highly skilled, hands on and experienced Sr Portfolio/Program Manager to lead and manage data and analytics initiatives in Enterprise Analytics group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background in data and analytics and AI space with hands on experience in working on project management tools and methodologies, and a deep understanding of data engineering, data architecture, and analytics. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data and analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop program objectives, strategies, and plans. Ensure that the program's goals align with the organization's overall strategic direction.
• Manage the Analytics and data needs and requirements and work with business team and technical teams on prioritization.
• Define key deliverables, milestones, and success criteria for the program.
• Lead discussions and cross functional meetings across different Business Units, Stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams.
• Ensure conflicts are resolved early on to prevent escalations and risks.
• Facilitate regular communication to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and changes.
• Allocate resources across projects to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with other department heads to secure necessary resources and support.
• Monitor the progress of individual projects within the program. Ensure projects are aligned with program objectives and meet milestones and deadlines.
• Track financial performance and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• Executive level presentations on project charters and status reports.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, schedules, budget.

• 15+ years of experience as a program manager with atleast two large Data & Analytics programs with multiple projects across different business domains.
• Experience managing at least one data platform modernization project andone major digital transformation program/project.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data governance and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool such as Power BI, Qlik etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Data Bricks etc.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to build, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Efficient in managing multiple projects and delivering results on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, presenting findings, and persuading decision-makers.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management as it pertains to project and portfolio management

• Proficiency in project management software and tools in high tech/manufacturing industries

• • Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's in business administration (MBA) preferred with a focus on Analytics, Data Science, or Information Systems.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
