As a Mid-Tier Sales Executive for Jack Henry Banking, you will represent the Jack Henry "Enterprise" while positioning New Core Business opportunities. Location is flexible as you will work remotely from a home office or from a JH office. Critical to the position, you will develop and leverage relationships to close New Sales opportunities with new banks by leveraging relationships, utilizing face-to-face meetings and presentations, Teams/Zoom phone presentations and other creative approaches. In addition to your own prospecting efforts, leads are provided through internal marketing, joint calling with other company divisions, strategic partnerships, Consultants and trade show opportunities.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Passionately represent Jack Henry to prospective C-Level and Senior members of banks to gain interest in our Silverlake Core and the Jack Henry Enterprise solution.
  • Develop and accurately maintain a pipeline sales opportunities per guidelines and within the Jack Henry systems
  • Meet and exceed quota levels.
  • Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a robust CRM system such as Salesforce.com.
  • Orchestrate and plan live demonstrations of Jack Henry Silverlake and Complementary offerings.
  • Lead full discovery sessions with a team of Jack Henry Associates as needed with potential core processing prospects.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • High sales acumen including the ability to develop an opportunity, overcome objections, present the value of a Jack Henry decision, and successfully negotiate contracts within the Jack Henry framework.
  • Experience developing relationships with and selling to C-Level prospects
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful technology, banking solutions or financial services sales experience with quota experience and attainment
  • Experience selling to C-Level prospects and clients.
  • Required travel - 50%+
  • A demonstrated proficiency in marketing and cold call lead and sales generation.
  • Experience working within a deadline driven environment and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to network and team with both internal and outside sales organization for the benefit of meeting sales quota.
  • Professional demeanor, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a good understanding of the core banking marketplace.
