Sr. Business Function Process Analyst

We are hiring a Sr. Business Function Process Analyst to provide support throughout North America, Europe, and/or Asia to create, implement, and monitor standard processes and controls, and ensure Best Practices are used to support business requirements pertaining to the assigned business functions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide support throughout North America, Europe, and/or Asia to create, implement, and monitor standard processes and controls, and ensure Best Practices are used to support business requirements pertaining to the assigned business functions.

• Member of a global or regional Competency Center covering assigned business functions, such as Order Management, Manufacturing Distribution, Engineering, or other supported functions.

• Provide subject matter expertise to the end users and ensures system and process quality testing.

• Ensure the related systems, applications, and modules are designed, configured, tested, and documented to specifications.

• Analyze, research, and develop solutions to ensure the configuration and testing meet business requirements. Identify opportunities to improve current business processes.

• Participate in and/or analyze the development of system strategy by identifying and establishing the scope of the business requirements for various process areas.

• Provide technical support for Order Management / Manufacturing / Distribution / Engineering / or other supported functions. Provide leadership and support for improving business processes in Order Management / Manufacturing / Distribution / Engineering / or other supported functions.

• Telecommuting permitted once per week from within the Grand Rapids MSA.

• Up to 5% domestic and international travel required

Who you are:

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a business field.

• Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• The five (5) years of experience must have included experience with process troubleshooting and improvement such as root cause analysis; Pattern identification and analytical thinking; SAP including experience with Material Master, Warehouse Process, Purchasing, MPO Planner/Buyer, and Supply Chain modules; SAP S/4; Fiori tile creation and configuration; effective communication with process owners (materials supervisors, materials managers, warehouse supervisors, plant SMEs etc.); Excel experience including creating pivot tables, macros, scripts, and reports; materials planning in materials warehouses internationally (process of identifying customer demands, placing PO's, considering stock levels); understanding of materials warehouse flow: receiving materials, storing materials, cycle counting, bin audits, and the inventory optimization formulas; resolving information technology and materials issues in warehouse locations.
