Title: Partner Manager - Websites (P4)

Location: Hybrid - USA - Fountain Valley / Orange County - travel associated with this role to and from client and from office

Reports To: Director, Digital Product Management

The Role:

The Website Partner Manager has the day-to-day responsibility to maintain the personal relationship between J.D. Power, the client, and program partners. The Website Partner Manager will be specifically responsible for the program partners that are assigned by management to their personal portfolio. The Website Partner Manager is the primary point of contact for the client regarding their assigned program partner(s).

The Impact You Will Have in This Role:

The role impacts client relations and manages one of our largest and most integral program partners. There is a high visibility from the OEM Brand Managers on this role and the day-to-day attitude is a reflection of the J.D. Power brand.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:



  • Day-to-day account management of assigned program partner(s)
  • Work with program partners, internal support teams, and clients to address issues/concerns/questions
  • Work with client to identify and correct program pain points
  • Complete special projects and process improvements at client and/or management direction.
  • Field interest from non-certified partners and determine if they should be considered for certification
  • Onboard new partners as they are identified and facilitate the necessary program integrations for program certification
  • Identify partner products and services that could be brought into the program to increase client/JD Power revenue
  • Negotiate product pricing with partners on all products in the program with the objective to increase client/JD Power revenue
  • Identify program categories that could be brought into the program to increase client/JD Power revenue
  • Liaison between JD Power and partner legal teams to complete Scope of Work documents
  • Uphold certified program rules with assigned program partner(s)
  • Management of Compliance agents across multiple OEM clients



Qualifications of this Role:



  • At least 5 years of OEM and/or Account Management experience
  • Experience working in the digital automotive space
  • Experience managing a small in-person and/or remote team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Superior Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly with Excel
  • Experience negotiating scopes of work and product pricing
  • Data analysis capabilities and ability to derive actionable insights from multiple data sources
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to urgent requests when necessary
  • Light travel required (5%, plus travel to client office 1x/week)
