Overview

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President focused on Customer Experience and Professional Services within the global semiconductor and high tech industries. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction, enhance retention, and identify new revenue streams through professional services. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proven history of cultivating high-performing teams and nurturing strong customer relationships in these dynamic sectors.

What You'll Do

Leadership and Team Building:

  • Build and lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes within the semiconductor and high tech industries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the team, ensuring alignment with industry-specific needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with Blue Yonder's values and business objectives.

Customer Health Initiatives:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive customer health check framework tailored to the unique challenges of the semiconductor and high tech sectors to proactively address customer needs and pain points.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to develop actionable plans that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience initiatives.

Professional Services Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a professional services strategy that aligns with Blue Yonder's overall business goals and objectives, specifically within the semiconductor and high tech industries.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive additional revenue through professional services engagements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Customer Retention and Revenue Growth:

  • Implement initiatives aimed at improving customer retention rates and reducing churn, with a focus on the semiconductor and high tech markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through professional services.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer retention and revenue growth.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, within the semiconductor and high tech industries.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations to drive their success with Blue Yonder solutions.
  • Represent Blue Yonder at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Wha We are Looking For

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on customer experience or professional services within the semiconductor and high tech industries
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable, with a specific emphasis on semiconductor and high tech sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention and revenue growth through professional services
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of customer experience methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $240,000 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
