PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. You'll develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize recovery, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. By crafting effective collection policies and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement, mitigate risk, and maintain adherence to industry regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in monitoring operational performance, refining strategies, and ensuring sustainable portfolio management. You'll also be at the forefront of credit risk analysis, enhancing governance standards, and strengthening our adherence to internal policies and procedures. Your ability to analyze risk, guide stakeholders, and implement key initiatives will make a lasting impact on BECU's financial health and member experience. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, you have the flexibility to either work remotely or come into our HQ to enjoy a collaborative and inclusive environment.
