Your Role Gensler Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager/Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to partner with and provide local senior leadership with strategic support. This position will also assist in the alignment of key human resources strategies to accomplishing important broader business objectives. In this role you will serve as a key member of the human resources team with areas focus and responsibility on data input, HRIS administration, employee engagement, training and culture. We are seeking passionate, self-motivated, creative, meticulously detailed, results oriented and customer-centric individuals. This person will be able to seamlessly collaborate across studios, influence stakeholders, and have problem solving approach with client groups. Will have experience and knowledge in managing compensation, annual salary reviews, and promotions processes and systems at a regional level. What You Will Do

We view our professional development programs as strategic investments in our future. **The base salary range will be estimated between $125,000-$150,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience. |
