We are actively seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and experienced leader to join our team as the Quality Assurance IT Tester/ Auditor. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Position Summary: The Data Quality Assurance IT tester/ auditor will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and audits of Information Technology processes to ensure sustainability and reliability to Information Technology solutions and the delivery of high-quality applications, databases, and reporting solutions. Responsible for identifying, tracking, and reporting quality assurance issues related to Information Technology solutions, to certify solutions aligning with regulatory and Information Technology Policy and Procedures. The role will assist in the deployment of solutions to production and conduct post implementation audits of processes once deployed to ensure they remain in compliance. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Information Technology Quality Assurance processes to identify, track, and report quality issues for correction to proactively reduce errors, identify risks, and uncover non-adherence to policy and procedures.
- Plan, execute, and manage functional QA testing efforts in support of the delivery lifecycle, user acceptance testing (UAT), production acceptance testing (PAT) and post-production validations.
- Interpret quality challenges, recommending process improvements, leading cross-functional testing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
- Ability to meet with stakeholders, facilitate meetings and document requirements when applicable.
- Create and execute test cases and document actual results, with a high degree of accuracy adhering to timelines.
- Conduct audits evaluating and assessing information technology systems, processes, and controls to ensure they comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and operate effectively and efficiently, identifying potential weaknesses and recommending improvements to maintain data security and system integrity.
- Document existing processes to support the development of Information Technology audit plans and bring awareness to existing processes to identify areas for improvement and risk.
- Actively track, analyze, and report quantifiable measures that assess the quality of a product, process, or service, then present the results in a structured report to identify areas for improvement and ensure standards and policy and procedures are followed.
- Consult with Enterprise Architecture, Information Technology Operations to coordinate delivery solutions.
- Responsible for ensuring Information Technology policies, procedures, and best practices, for IT methodology and processes (Project Management, SDLC and Change Management) and documentation are captured.
- Attend technical training to stay up to date on programming, developmental trends, and new technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or, an equivalent combination of education and related work experience needed.
EXPERIENCES AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Information Technology experience, with experience in Quality Assurance and testing.
- 3-5 years of experience in a managed health care organization and Information Technology.
- Ability to translate strategy into an operational plan and execute, delivering consistent value to the organization.
- Ability to understand complex Information Technology concepts through multiple systems, such as Salesforce, Informatica, SSIS, SQL, and Tableau.
- Demonstrate logical approach to problem solving and high-level analytical capabilities and programming including attention to detail and an understanding of business processes.
- Demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to multi-cultural values, beliefs, and attitudes of both internal and external contacts.
- Demonstrate behaviors in accordance with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
