Your compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $176,000 - $220,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $176,000 - $264,000.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate planning, management, growth, and performance of the Business Lending department.
  • Develop and enhance business lending products/services by collaborating with various departments.
  • Design and implement strategic sales initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations.


Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience as a Loan Officer in commercial and/or business lending required.
  • 3 years in a management role required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.


In addition:



  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.



Our hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
