Role Overview: Our Personal Banker I - Interactive Teller will deliver exceptional service by assisting members through ITMs, secure messages, and ticklers, addressing their financial needs and supporting their goals while contributing to the Contact Center's digital banking efforts. Ensure compliance with regulations, foster referral opportunities across various banking channels, and act as a professional and courteous advocate for members, all while supporting the overall growth and success of the Credit Union. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency certification. One (1) year of customer service/teller experience is required, preferably in a Financial Services.
