Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the sourcing and screening of quality candidates. They will also be responsible for orientation of new employees, setting up drug tests, and performing background screenings. They will represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events, while building relationships with potential and current employees. They will also design job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements. Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and screening of quality applicants, as well as orienting new employees.
